ADA & Adult Family Home Conversions in Hillsboro, OR — FAQs
What is an ADA or adult family home conversion?
These projects make a home safer and more accessible — curbless walk-in showers, grab bars, wider doorways, ramps, roll-under vanities, comfort-height fixtures, and non-slip flooring. We also adapt homes to meet adult family home accessibility and safety requirements in Hillsboro.
How much does an accessibility remodel cost in Hillsboro?
Cost depends on the rooms involved, the features you need, and the extent of structural changes. After a free in-home consultation we provide a detailed, itemized estimate.
How long does the project take?
Timelines vary by scope — a single accessible bathroom moves faster than a whole-home adaptation. We give you a clear schedule before construction starts.
Do you handle permits and inspections in Hillsboro?
Yes. When your project requires permits, we manage the process and make sure the work meets local building codes and accessibility requirements.
What areas near Hillsboro do you serve?
